  • Digital Products: Due to their immediate access and consumable nature, all digital products, including memberships, consultations, and services that involve digital content, are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: Please note, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
     

Refunds for Physical Products
 

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please keep in mind the time it may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Refunds

All Memberships, consultations and services, since they include digital products are also non-refundable.

For Physical Products, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping for Returns

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
